Hi there, I have just finished a great phone consultation with one of our Elite Inner Circle Members. Her name is Maree and lives in Victoria. Maree is in our Anti-Aging and Longevity Care program. Maree has been having her monthly phone consultations with us since 2007 and has finally “got it.”
After 2 years, she NOW understands and KNOWS this important concept YOU are about to become privy to.
Now here’s the twist – understanding something and knowing something are two different things. Understanding something is intellectual thought only. Many understand that they shouldn’t do something but still DO IT, like going to the fridge and eating the naughty foods instead of healthy foods, like fruit.
While others UNDERSTAND it and KNOW it, have learnt the lesson and in all probability will never do it again. They will leave the naughty foods and will eat the fruit without compromise.

Naughty foods include all those foods that you know aren’t good for you including sweets, chocolate and in Maree’s case, as well as the foods just mentioned, one of the most sinister is wheat, especially found in bread. Actually if you’re an “A” blood group, wheat is a food that probably should be avoided. Even myself, being an “A” blood type, if I eat wheat I’ll feel lethargic, moody and I notice my stomach feels fuller. I actually put on weight and fluid.
For many years wheat and nearly all grains have been out of my diet and I feel much better because of it.
Since Maree has made the decision internally not to eat wheat, Maree has noticed that her sinuses and post nasal congestion have stopped. Emotionally she’s more stable with less of life’s ups and downs and has lost 6 kgs of weight, most of it probably fluid. Also her normally high blood pressure has stabilised.
Here’s the scoop on wheat. As most people will say . . .
• Wheat is a near perfect food.
Incorrect. Today’s hybrid of hy-breads, wheat is a far cry genetically and nutritionally from its ancient ancestor. Spelt is the original wheat. Today’s hybrid wheat is selectively grown for a high yield crop, pest resistant with high wheat sugar content (gluten).
The gluten in wheat forms a paste in the intestines preventing the proper absorption of nutrients.
At school I remember making paper-mache and the glue that bound it all together was made from white flour (wheat) and water.
No wonder it sticks to the gut wall. It may therefore cause one of two things. Firstly, loose bowel motions, because it’s like putting a cat in the bowel – irritating the bowel to work and for most people causing diarrhoea.
Or it may cause constipation because of this glue like effect. Alternating constipation and diarrhoea may result. Some will now call this Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Also wheat has been linked in numerous human studies to have a direct correlation on mental health including depression and anxiety.
There are plenty of ancient grains to choose from to take the place of wheat. Brown rice, wild rice, kamut, millet, oats just to name a few.
A word of caution however, grain storage in the western world (even organic grain storage) is overseen by the government and is based on the number of bug body parts per kilo of grain. If you think they use a lot of pesticides when they are growing the grain, you should see how much they use to control the product in storage. Even organic grains are bug treated with “natural pesticides” that can harm you. Wash all of your raw grain products thoroughly. Sprouting your own grains is the best and safest source. This is the main reason, I believe, that most people develop allergies to grains especially wheat. (1)
Therefore wheat is not a welcomed guest in our house – especially if you’re an “A” blood group.
