"For Elizabeth the process of making her well had to start with an in depth assessment of her live blood, urine and saliva, physical condition, and blood chemistries.

If your health is important to you then you’ll get those tests completed, as soon as you can. However, I do understand that you may wish to do nothing and that’s Okay. It’s your decision and only you can make it.”

Elizabeth went home and thought deeply about her conversation with Wayne. She brought her partner in for her next appointment.

They both said, “it’s time that Elizabeth did something pro-active with her health and it’s time to stop the downhill spiral of her health.”’

Wayne’s motto that he abides by himself is:
“I will not take a vitamin or any herb unless a
test reveals that it’s needed.”

If he does a zinc test and it reveals he is low in zinc he will then take zinc. And Wayne will do the tests that are needed to maintain his level of superior health.

Once decided, a series of tests were performed for Elizabeth.

Her test results showed that her body was acidic, actually 80 times more acidic than she should have been.

Elizabeth was holding 3 litres of excess fluid; her body was out of balance and heading towards serious disease.

Her Lymphatic system was severely clogged.

Her other tests revealed . . .

She didn’t have the bacteria that may cause ulcers, heartburn, reflux and even stomach cancer . . . so that was a relief for her.
She did have a yeast overgrowth that caused her thrush throughout the years.
She had very little antioxidants to heal.
Not enough Qi or energy to heal.
She now knows what foods she is allergic to and has been de-sensitised to them.
Her inflammatory markers were through the roof, indicating chronic inflammation throughout her body.
She has found out that her body is essential fatty acid deficient, B12, Folic acid, zinc and vitamin C deficient – no wonder Elizabeth felt unwell.
Her first 3 filters i.e. her Digestive System (leaky gut), Liver and Immune Systems were not working properly even though her blood tests from her doctor said otherwise. That’s how sensitive these tests are . . .
And one of the tests revealed she needed to detoxify but didn’t have the energy to do so at this moment. If she did go on a detoxification process, like many other Wellness Professionals may have suggested, she may have become a lot worse. “Just knowing that brings a huge relief to me.” Elizabeth said.
